Thus, we come across courageous handicapped people who refuse to give up and go on to live a fulfilling life. Today, they play sports and do almost everything like a normal person. I find it really amazing, that they learn to beat the challenges and live a happier life. Moreover, it sounds so offensive when someone stares at them endlessly or even look at them with a downward angle! Unfortunately, lots of my acquaintances view disabled as objects of fear and pity. The prevailing attitude is that such individuals are incapable of participating in or contributing to society and that they must rely on charitable organizations. Yet, Im absolutely sure that differently abled people dont want to be pitied. They just want to live a normal life. If a crippled man on the wheelchair needs your assistance, be polite and ask him if you can help. Coming to an end, I hope that people will focus on their personalities instead of focusing on the disability of people. It is not a persons fault if they are retarded. What makes them feel different is calling them handicapped or special.
