This volleyball unit plan introduces 9th grade students to basic volleyball skills and techniques over 5 days. The plan aims to teach students how to pass, serve, and score with correct form so they can compete in volleyball. Each day focuses on a different skill like bumping, setting, serving, and spiking. Students will be assessed before and after the unit to track their progress in demonstrating the skills correctly. The plan incorporates using technology like viewing instructional videos, filming peer performances for comparison, and accessing online resources.
