Comment We didnt ask about location and that will impact hourly rates, we would expect Nurseries in the South of England, to have to pay more to recruit qualified staff. Employers who pay 20p per hour more than the NMW for their Nursery Nurses pay 3% above the NMW. To maintain the differential, those employers will need to increase the hourly rate to 贈7.42 per hour for those Nursery Nurses who are over 25 years of age.
