The Women in Business Networking (WiBN) organization in the Miami Valley region provides networking forums to help women achieve career success and personal growth. WiBN offers various programs and events such as monthly learning and networking lunches, leadership development workshops, entrepreneur groups, and a annual conference to provide professional development opportunities for women. The organization's mission is to provide networking opportunities through education, resources, and relationships to help women advance their careers and businesses.

- 3. Focus on Women Demographics Average age 45 Diversity Lines of Business Finance, politics, law, the arts, education, medical, government, military, fire, police, job seekers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community volunteers
- 4. Focus on Community Core focus on communitys central business district: Downtown Dayton Extended outreach to Miami Valley Region
- 5. Mission To provide women with forums for networking to achieve career and personal success through education, resources, and relationships.
- 6. Vision Statement Within the next five years, to increase the value of WiBN to be the preferred and most trusted resource for education, resources and recognition for both women and girls.

Whether it's seeking collaboration, learning something new, finding a mentor or making a major purchase, we seek out someone we know or a trusted referral. Networking is the best way for prospective clients and referrals to get a sense of who we are and what we can offer.
