It outlines that those under 13 cannot be employed, and those aged 13 to 16 are considered child workers whose work cannot impact their health, safety or education. For young workers aged 16 to 21, they have the same rights as adults but there are differences in minimum wage, unfair dismissal, redundancy and working time regulations.
