About
Started the department of Orthopaedic surgery at Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar. In 4 years time it is a centre of excellence for orthopaedic and trauma care. I am joined by 3 other highly qualified and skilled consultant surgeons and two registrars in the department. Ìý National Board of Examination has accredited the institute for postgraduate training from this year. The department is involved in clinical trials, multi centric projects. As the organising secretary hosted IGOF 2013 at Bhubaneswar, Prof Holz, Prof Trentz, Prof Pol Rommens, Prof Mohandas were the eminent faculty who interacted with more than 100 Orthopaedic Surgeons from Eastern India .
