I've just completed my first novel! It's a mystery/thriller set about 10 years into the future. It follows Alec and Louise as they try to understand how the behaviour of prisoners and others is being manipulated, by exploring what neuroscience is already telling us about who we are. It also speculates about how plausible technological advances might allow a new form of 'learning' that might threaten our sense of identity, and how Alec and Louise use the void to overcome the megalomania of a secretive state.
