Responsibilities: •Managing and controlling all the company’s external suppliers (local and foreign) with particular emphasis on the purchase of machineries, spare parts, components, rig consumables and services. •Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for drilling. •Business Development & plan to meet purchase deadline, improve purchasing methods and drive down external spends. •Working closing with engineering dept. on cost down programs.
