1. Complete ownership of all UX design projects by managing and working on all fronts.
2. Execute and accomplish UX design projects out of organizational complexity by working coherently with senior executives, customer representative and cross-functional teams.
3. Provide Omni-Channel experience design strategies considering shifting market forces and organizational priorities.
4. Research customer needs, perform contextual inquiries, design rapid wireframes/ prototype, usability testing, design workshops and author design guidelines.
5. Acquire and mentor design talents and resources to tackle organization’s experience design challenges.
