Over 10 years experience in telecom industry. Starting from the career as RF Planning and Optimization Engineer, BSS O&M Technical Support Engineer, Product Management, Customer Solution, and Pre-Sale & Sale Support, and currently being a Manager of RAN Planning and Optimization. Competed the successfully LTE trial network with using re-farming 1800-MHz band. I have been working for various local and Multinational companies including, Millicom, VimpelCom, ZTE, ERICSSON.
