I am a PhD student in Physics, currently part of the Theory of Soft Condensed Matter research group at IMSc, Chennai, India. My primary research interest is the study of the nature and dynamics of active chemomechanical matter; be it a single swimming microorganism, a suspension of such elements interacting hydrodynamically, or a filament constructed out of active elements.
