I love working with technology/media/workflow integration to make things better for any group of any size..even for coaching on 1-on-1's.
As a lead/manager, I work with PivotalTracker or JIRA to keep things together, visibility for everyone.
As a developer, I work with CakePHP most often, even when working as a Magento developer with Laravel for pet projects.
As a designer, I work with Maya for inorganic work, and fluids for almost organic work.
After-hours I spend my time with minimal internet-related things, and try to get out early and enjoy most of the sunshine in the afternoon for a run or a swim, or some spontaneous road-trip just to destress to be ready for the following day.
