Experienced leader and manager in the health information technology (HIT) and health information exchange (HIE) space. This includes all aspects from initiation through to operational issues and sustainability. Contracts have included the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN), the National Health Information Network (NHIN) Implementation Cooperative, the California Regional Health Information Organization (CalRHIO), and several other smaller initiatives. Previously, I have served as one of the founders of the South Florida Health Information Initiative and on the Florida Governor's Health Information Infrastructure Advisory Board (GHIIAB) under then Governor Bush.
