Rashad has a strong desire to own and run a successful business. Currently, he is in the right path as an enterprising entrepreneur for Card Scan Man where he is a contact database manager and designs and distributes newsletters for small businesses. For starting and running this business, He was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Prince Georges South Economic Development Corporation. Rashad also started the Elevator Magazine, an online periodical for and about up-and-coming students. He competes at the highest level and is serving his 2nd term as the Junior Vice Polemarch of the Eastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi. With hopes to
