I'm leading the AEM Quality Engineering teams at Adobe, and I am reporting to the VP of Engineering. I work best in challenging environments where unconventional solutions are necessary and welcomed, and that's why I'm able to not only lead 20+ colleagues to achieve company goals, but also let them pursue ambitious personal goals. I led QE and Documentation at Day Software which was a Swiss Listed Software Company with operations around the world including the US.
