• Serve as the arm of General Motors International (GMI) Social Hub in global social media analytics + business process re-engineering
• Spanning 11 brands (Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Holden, Opel, Isuzu, OnStar, Wuling, Baojun, Jiefang) in Asia, Australia/Oceania, Middle East and Africa
• Transform structured/unstructured Big Data into customer insights/business intelligence by market by brand
• Deliver and present monthly reports & biweekly case studies/trend reports to GMI, including executives, market directors and VSSM/CRM/digital marketing/communication managers
• Supervise data acquisition/mining/porting of partnered vendors
