As an accountant by trade, Christy began her career as an audit intern within the U.S. Department of Treasury. Upon graduation, the department invited Christy to become their newest junior auditor. It would not be long before Christy ascended the ranks of the Treasury Department to become a part of the Department of Homeland Security, where she served under the direction of The Office of Inspector General. She later joined the ranks of a Houston-based tax consulting Firm as financial analyst, where she helped clients achieve the peace and financial freedom afforded by tax relief.
