I have been working in IT for the past 15 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration. I began my career working in the help desk at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have spent the last 8 years at TVA in various jobs beginning as a Network Engineer, moving through Network Support, and now as manager of IT Service Continuity. I feel that the key to being successful is to have integrity, be accountable, and continually try to improve yourself while helping those around you.
