The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance (MQA), Bureau of Enforcement regulates health care practitioners/facilities/establishments and works to promote, protect and preserve the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Investigative Services investigates complaints against health care practitioners and facilities/establishments. Criminal unlicensed activity complaints are investigated as well.
