I have been in the game industry for over 3 years now and have worked in pretty much every part of a game's implementation process during this time i.e. from the game designing and prototyping to final implementation of the product.
I love working with startups and as a consultant my focus is to advise on the technology and help solve problems using the right tools for the job. Emphasizes too much on user experience because I think at the end of the day this is what determines the success of a product.
