Sudipto had his residential schooling in Ramakrishna Mission. He completed his Bachelors in Textile Technology in 1993. Thereafter he served the organized textile industry and garment export houses. In 1999, he completed his Masters in Business and Administration and plunged into a first-generation start-up. The venture was on fruit pulp extraction, processing, preserving, packaging and marketing. Thereafter he pursued a full-time career in management teaching, research and consulting.
