B.Com. (M.G.University) LL.B. (CUSAT), LL.M. (NLSIU, Bangalore), Ph.D. (Candidate, UPES) is currently Assistant Professor of Law at Presidency University, Bangalore. I was teaching Law of Taxation and law relating to Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. Prior to that, was lecturer, Law of Corporate Finance, at the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Cochin. Qualified UGC NET in 2012. Have also practiced law at the chambers of Krishnaprasad & Co., Advocates, Cochin. Was a member of the Kerala High Court Advocates Association.
