Surya has an M Phil in Strategy from Osmania University and a PhD in Organization Behavior from University of North Bengal (NBU). The topic of his Research at NBU was ’Use of Teambuilding as an OD Intervention Tool in Indian Organizations’. He is presently pursuing a second Doctoral Programme at XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur, India. In this Doctoral research programme he intends to combine his MPhil and PhD experience into a cross disciplinary study of organizational Strategy.
