Not going into my blurb too much as you probably know me already if you're looking at my profile.

I'm a digital developer/programmer and IT Instructor.  Stiill running my own business and doing ad-hoc work when it comes my way.

Currently training for Olympic distance triathlon with long-term goal of 70.3 Ironman.  Enjoy endurance swimming, doing 1 mile great scottish swim in August.

My fave people to relax with are my lovely kids Emma and Adam and  I love spending quality time with my boyfriend Neil.
