Currently working as a Consultant with HCL, Noida. I am responsible for Global VoIP Design, Deployment and Post implementation management of Our Customer’s Cisco IP Telephony Network Globally. Completed BCA and CCNA,CCNA and CCVP Certified with strong hands deployment experience on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (7.x, 8.x,9.x, 11.x), CME,Gatekeeper, Gateways (H.323 and MGCP), SRST,Jabber,and PBX integration with Call Manager.
