I am a veteran user experience consultant with nearly 20 years of experience conducting shopper research studies. My services include: Usability testing: Traditional in-lab usability testing and online (i.e., remote) testing. Over the years, the frequency of my online usability studies has far surpassed my in-person usability studies.
