Mr. Yale-Loehr is an immigration law expert. He is Attorney of Counsel at Miller Mayer LLP and teaches immigration and asylum law as Professor of Immigration Practice at Cornell Law School. He is also co-author of Immigration Law and Procedure, the leading multi-volume treatise on immigration law. As the author of over 200 publications, he is frequently quoted in the media and often testifies as an expert witness. He has also testified before Congress several times on immigration issues.
