Designing digital experiences with a user-centered approach is at the heart of what I do. I advocate for the people who will actually use the service/product to ensure their experience across channels and touchpoints is usable, accessible and enjoyable to use.
For over 15 years, I've participated in a UX role on project teams (Agile and Waterfall) that design and build websites, web applications and mobile applications.
