I'm a mama, a martial artist, an entrepreneur/business owner, and an MBA student at Alvernia University. I'm obsessed with finding answers and I've been there done that :)
I am a black belt in Ryukyu Hon Kenpo Kobujitsu (since 1996) and I love to run the martial arts circuit (seminars, tournaments, banquets, and anything else that allows me to interact with other martial artists).
I opened my own fitness and martial arts studio in Reading, PA called Open Call Fitness. It is a gamble but more than anything in life I love a good challenge.
