Tania’s background is in sociology and psychology and she has spent 15 years in the field of organisational development with specialties in culture and change, leadership and innovation – anything involving transformation.
She is highly conceptual and strategic thinker and is at her best in an environment where she can work closely with clients and stakeholders to design initiatives to improve organisational cultures. She does this through linking networks and building social and knowledge systems that meet their objectives and push the boundaries.
Using the principles of design thinking , she loves working closely with others who are prepared to brainstorm possibilities to find the
