• Execute research activities as required to compile successful campaign target markets.
• Entry, distribution and management of target/lead information/records into business report.
• Independently monitor progress of campaigns – track, analyze, interpret and report results.
• Assist the Account Managers in terms of sales support in order to achieve the overall business development objectives.
• Effective communication of reports and action items to Research & Marketing teams.
• Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
