I am research student. The main focus of the research here is to evaluate the internal corporate brand management and the impact of employee’s involvement and internal branding on the emotional aptitude of employees in the private sector. Internal corporate brand management is emerging fast as a strategic tool for modern organisations. Various existing literatures highlight that the success of the corporate brand management policy lies behind proper implementation of internal branding, organisational vision, values and corporate culture. Proper alignment of these elements of organisations can provide an organisation with significant competency that can help businesses to success
