After 15 years as a solution delivery consultant and an executive in client engagements, I decided to start a company with the intent to deliver successful IT Projects. To that goal, I work with organizations in the project planning phase or I can turnaround enterprise wide projects that have gone off the intended path to success. Also, I believe in making time to have fun and celebrate team and company successes along the way, which helps to make achieving success, an enjoyable experience.
