I have spent the last 20 years of my life working in the Aviation Industry. I started as an Apprentice in the South African Air Force and I served in various Squadrons as an Aircraft Technician. The highlight of my Air Force career is my involvement in the Special project Unit where I was part of the design team tasked with the retrofit and modification projects of the DAKOTA to TP 47. In the year 2001 I joined SAA Technical as an Aircraft maintenance Engineer and I later moved to the Technical Training department as one of the Trainers/Instructors in the Avionics Apprentice section.
