Ted Gilkey is currently an associate professor at Salisbury University in Maryland. He is the Program Director for the Educational Leadership Program at Salisbury, which culminates with state certification as a school principal and a Master’s Degree. Ted is also the Coordinator for the Academy for Leadership in Education, which acts as a partnership between the business community, higher education and local school districts offering training to new educational leaders. Ted has 35 years of experience presenting workshops to individual school districts and at national conferences to improve educational leadership skills and bolster student achievement in school districts throughout the US
