A dedicated and experienced R&D Mechanical Engineering Manager with total of 14 years of working experiences; 8.5 years in mechanical design and 4 years in R&D management. Has strong foundation in mechanical product and instrument design through hands-on design experienced in ruggedized handheld and benchtop products, electronic measurement equipment, automation and life science instruments. Currently leading a team of R&D mechanical engineers in new product introduction, research and development, sustaining and value engineering. The team consists of 5 major technical groups; automation/robotic, heating/cooling system, optic, chassis and fluidic design.
