• Served in Indian Air Force From Jan 1981 to Jan 2001. Deputed to Legal Cell from Jul 1997-Dec 2000 attending all cases pertaining to Air Force Yelahanka, for drafting, opinions, and liaison work with many government and private organizations.
• As a junior Advocate at ILPM Consultants, Bangalore, Feb 2001 – Feb 2003. Industrial, Labour, Personnel Management consultants. Retainers for 250 (approx) Government, private and Public Sector Companies. The areas of work undertaken include:
1. Litigation work in respect of Labour and Service matters, before Industrial Tribunals, Karnataka Administrative Tribunals and High Court of Karnataka.
