I am White Mountain Apache. I love being outdoors especially hiking or backpacking. I have backpacked over 200 miles in the Grand Canyon and in the summer of 2012 I hiked the John Muir Trail (225 miles) over 24 days. I am passionate about Indian health. I aspire to make a difference in the lives of Native people and I am inspired by my family and my community.
