Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for delivering full cycle selection process across Europe region including recruitment strategies definition, internal and external talent identification, close cooperation with the hiring and HR managers as well as with the external employment agencies and candidates management
• Supporting business growth by building up of internal and external Talent Pools according to business requirements
• Reporting and data analysis in order to deliver Talent Acquisition metrics
• Working closely with the Talent Development Team
