Have worked with implementing SAP and DFPS in the Norwegian Armed Forces since 2003. The first project FF2 involved complete process modelling within the logistics area including the "Deployment process". In the LOIS project the focus was to implement the military organization in SAP DFPS. I had a expert role involving MPO - Material Planning Objects, RIC - Reportable Item Code, and MC - Material Container. In the ØP Project the focus from a DFPS view was to implement the actual Logistics. And to implement control in the organization development, through the SCASE tool. I had a expert role in the DFPS process modeling, configuration, including MRP, SLOC, EPA, PPA, Condition ...
