Our state senators depend on an open-source customer relationship management system to handle interactions with constituents; I process, cleanse, and report on the underlying data. On the production side, my efforts contribute to getting the senators’ mailings (postal and electronic) to their intended targets as quickly, accurately, and economically as possible.
