I’ve been practicing in the educational, training and development sector for 7 years in a variety of settings specializing in corporate consulting. Prior to involvement in skills development worked extensively within the insurance sector which is where my interest in skills development found its roots. I’ve held positions as a facilitator, learning and development consultant, SDF and learning & development manager.
