I moved to Jackson, MS after receiving my BA in Business from Mississippi State. I have lived here for 5 years now. During my time in Jackson I have worked in Republican politics, numerous campaigns, and at Mississippi Republican Party as the Political Director. I enjoy being involved in the community and volunteering.
I started running in June of 2009 on a whim (well not completely but that is for another time) and after completing my first half marathon with Team in Training – Leukemia Lymphoma Society in February of 2010. I now have now completed 5 half marathons. I hope to have a full under my belt soon and thinking about doing a marathon abroad.
