By being consciously aware of and embracing all that is happening including the conflicts and tensions, and working with them rather than opposing or suppressing them organic solutions emerge.

When I'm not doing this work you can find me in the garden growing organic vegetables; in the kitchen cooking up a storm; or out walking on the beach.....
