The 2nd Model Experimental School of Rhodes, is located at the centre of the town of the island, at Zigdis square. It is accommodated at Academia building, which also accommodate other primary and nursery schools. The particular school has 170 pupils between the ages of 6 and 12, which is the normal age for primary school pupils in Greece. As a model experimental school, its functions are supervised directly from the Education Deparment of the University of the Aegean, which is also located in Rhodes.
