Ting-Yueh Chin is the co-founder of iLocky.com, which is a IoT smart lock solution company. He is also the founder of SAILS Technology, an indoor navigation company that provides high accuracy, reliable, and easy-to-use locating platform for all smart phones. He is an expert at microwave/mm-wave system, RF IC, Linux embedded system. Ting-Yueh won the Gold Medal and Innovation Medal of the 2010 MXIC Golden Silicon Awards. He holds a PhD degree in electrical engineering from Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, R.O.C. Ting-Yueh is passionate about implying modern microwave technologies to improve the quality of human life. He is 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Taipei.
