Seven (7) years of total experience working in the oil and gas industry with extensive exposure in sales and business management area as well as technical area. Two and a half (2½) years experience as Proposal Engineer, in charge for all tender and proposal submission. Highly capable in understanding and evaluating tender document inclusive of scope of work, draft of contract / terms & conditions, project schedule, qualification of manpower required, etc. Capable in preparation of commercial proposal inclusive of pricing summary, detailed pricing spreadsheet, revenue and EBIT evaluation, etc. One (1) year experience in third party certification and verification of Pipeline Engineerin..
