Jane Palmer is a freelance science journalist who has written about the environment, health and science for a range of publications including Science, American Association for the Advancement of Science, Biomedical Computation Review, Technology Review, Colorado Engineering Magazine, and San Jose Mercury News.
In 2010, while retraining as a science journalist, she won second-place for a news article and video in the 2010 Collegiate Science Journalist Competition.
