I am 16 year old trapped in a 40 something year old's body. I have three great kids and an amazing wife, who'd say she has FOUR kids.
As I get older it is becoming more about appreciating thelittle things, not taking anything for granted and knowing you are never faced with a challenge that cannot be defeated.
Just remember that your day is not complete unless you have taken the opportunity to enjoy the simple things, taken the time laugh at something, even yourself every single day. Laughter is; and will always be the best medicine!
