Bachelor degree in Economics, MSc in Marketing, and PhD in Management at ISEG Lisbon School of Economics & Management, with a Doctoral Grant from FCT (Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology). She is currently a researcher of leadership studies in the Work and Employment group at the Centre of Research in Social Sciences and Management (CSG), and professor of marketing at NOVA IMS.
